The stacking
tray design, as shown to the right, allows you to stack on food trays only when needed. As
one tray fills with vermicompost and castings, you add the next tray and put your scraps
into it.
The holes in the bottom of the tray allow the worms to "eat
their way up" leaving the valuable castings behind for ready use!
Micro vent holes on the top and bottom allow for aerobic conditions
without allowing insects in.
An added bonus is the tap on the bottom collector tray. Valuable
castings "tea" works its way down to the collector tray where you can utilize
the handy tap to dispense the tea and use it as liquid fertilizer for all your plants -
indoors or out!
The Can-O-WormsTM
bin fits almost anywhere. It is 20-inches in diameter and only 30-inches tall when all
three trays are in place!
